At Cornerstone Rhodes, we’re a church on mission for Christ in all of life, where seekers and sceptics are welcome to explore the claims of Jesus. We’d love to have you join us on a Sunday!
Service time and location
Our service starts at 9am in Event Space 2, Building 3 at The Connection, 30 Shoreline Drive, Rhodes NSW 2138, which is right by the water of the Parramatta River.
There is 4-hour and 2-hour parking on the street, and 3-hour parking nearby at Rhodes Central. The building is a short walk from Rhodes train station, and just a walk over Bennelong Bridge from Wentworth Point.
What to expect
You can expect to be warmly greeted by our regulars when you arrive. The service starts at 9am sharp. There’ll be prayers, singing, a kids spot, Bible readings and a sermon – all part of how we worship God together. During school terms, the kids go to a Bible-based teaching program during the sermon – there’s a creche for toddlers, a pre-K class and a K-6 class.
We celebrate the Lord’s Supper on the first Sunday of every month, and we have church lunch in the building together every couple of months.
The service finishes by 10:30am, and we hang around to chat and process the sermon together. People grab coffee from nearby cafes, and we usually go for lunch together at Rhodes Central, Rhodes Waterside or the surrounding cafes and restaurants in Rhodes.
