Stephen joined Cornerstone in 2023 to lead the congregation at Rhodes. He grew up in a Christian family in the Sutherland Shire and experienced various church contexts before joining the Presbyterian church. He worked as a lawyer for 8 years in litigation and employment before studying at Christ College.
Stephen loves that Cornerstone is a church planting church that seeks to grow God’s kingdom by planting new outposts of the gospel. He is passionate about equipping Cornerstone Rhodes to live on mission for Jesus as Saviour and Lord in all of life. He is also keen to train those considering full-time pastoral ministry.
Stephen is married to Asa and they have two children. He enjoys reading, quality time with family and friends, Switchfoot, West Wing and Frasier.
